Courtroom Resources

The resources listed below provide insightful ideas about successful communication when services of a court interpreter are needed. They have been carefully selected from a wide array of publicly available venues, including but not limited to, the American Bar Association (ABA), U.S. Department of Justice – Federal Coordination and Compliance Section, National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT), etc., to assist the Nevada legal community when working with a growing limited English proficient (LEP) population in Nevada. Please refer to the State Court Administrator Guidelines for additional information.
