Tyler Winkler

Tyler J. Winkler, Esq. is the Supervising Attorney at the Resiliency & Justice Center, Nevada's statewide victim assistance center managed by Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. He oversees trauma-informed legal aid and policy work for survivors of crime and mass violence throughout the state, including those impacted by the Route 91 Harvest Festival and UNLV shootings.

Mr. Winkler specializes in removing barriers to justice for trauma survivors, providing direct legal services and supporting advocates who assist clients in navigating complex legal systems and accessing resources. His work includes legislative and policy advocacy to strengthen protections and services for crime victims statewide.
