Judge Drake

Judge Bryan Drake was elected to the bench in 2022 after spending approximately 20 years in law enforcement. During his time in law enforcement, he held many positions to include working undercover narcotics, 19+ years on SWAT, and as a supervisor in patrol and investigations. He also worked in various task forces with the FBI and U.S. Marshals and had the great fortune of attending the FBI National Academy. After being elected, Judge Drake retired as the investigations and SWAT commander.

Judge Drake received numerous awards during his previous career including several lifesaving medals, police medals for outstanding performance, Officer of the year awards, and exemplary performance awards.

Judge Drake is currently in his final semester of law school and will graduate in May. He most recently had the amazing opportunity to take he studies abroad to Isreal where he participated in a negotiation summit.

In Judge Drake’s spare time, he is active in his community in youth sports organization where he helps coach baseball, softball, basketball, wrestling, and ju-jitsu. He enjoys ju-jitsu, working out, and reading and most importantly spending time with his two sons.
