Judge Briscoe

Our presenter, Gino Briscoe, has 36 years in law enforcement with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police department retiring 2022 in good standing. He has worked as a narcotics detective for 8 years conducting undercover buys with confidential informants, authoring search warrants for drug houses and marijuana grows. His expertise is in narcotics interdiction which involves consent searches on our highways, bus stations and airports.

His nickname is “Yoda” because defendants just hand him the dope. Once retired he became a Pro-tem judge in Laughlin for two years until his election in 2025. Judge Gino conducts Civil court, Traffic court, Criminal court, Drug court and is very involved in his community, volunteering at the Food bank, Senior Center, American Legion, and teaches self-defense at the community church.
