Heather Dornberger
Heather Dornberger has practiced yoga for more than 15 years and is committed to making mindful movement accessible to all bodies and abilities. She completed her first Ashtanga and Hatha teacher training at Tbilisi Yoga Loft in the Republic of Georgia, followed by a 300-hour Vinyasa and Yin certification from Kranti Yoga School in India. She is also certified in Trauma Recovery Yoga, an evidence-informed method that supports individuals experiencing stress and trauma.
Alongside her yoga training, Heather brings extensive experience working directly with judges and court professionals through her roles as a Site Manager at the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges and with the Administrative Office of the Courts for the State of Nevada. She has taught yoga at multiple NCJFCJ conferences and webinars, offering judges practical tools for grounding, resilience, and overall well-being.
Heather’s teaching is inclusive, steady, and supportive—helping participants find balance and presence amid the demands of judicial work.
