Adopted Rules
On June 7, 2024, the Nevada Supreme Court adopted amendments to the Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure. The amendments are effective prospectively on August 15, 2024, as to all pending cases and cases initiated after that date. The order adopting the rules and exhibits can be found in ADKT 0580 and are provided here:
