Update on Connectivity Disruptions and Operations

Carson City, NV (August 27, 2025) — Due to the cyber incident involving the Governor's Technology Office (GTO) and its impact on the Nevada State systems, the Supreme Court of Nevada is experiencing intermittent system functionality, including with email and phone systems, eFlex, and the public case portal. At this time, connectivity remains available, though performance may be inconsistent. The Supreme Court encourages users to continue to try to file electronically.

Should connectivity continue to degrade, the Court will evaluate and communicate alternative methods of filing to minimize disruption. Updates will be provided as the situation develops, and patience is appreciated as efforts continue to stabilize system performance.
