This recognition reflects the Court's commitment to fostering a workplace that emphasizes transparency, trust, and innovation.

This national award celebrates organizations with exceptional workplace culture and practices. The Supreme Court of Nevada received honors in all five Culture Excellence categories: Purpose & Values, Compensation & Benefits, Innovation, Leadership, and Work-Life Flexibility. These accolades are based on confidential employee feedback collected through an independent survey.

“The foundation of a great judiciary involves not just the judges and the decisions we render, but also the tremendous people we are privileged to work with and the environment we foster behind the scenes,” said Chief Justice Douglas Herndon, Supreme Court of Nevada Chief Justice. “When the people who work alongside us are happy and motivated, it strengthens the justice we deliver to our communities.”

The Supreme Court of Nevada, as an independent branch of government, provides fair, efficient, and timely justice for all. The Court is comprised of a team that includes justices, staff attorneys, clerks, IT professionals, HR experts, finance experts, researchers, administrative support staff, and more. The Court continually implements sustainable and innovative practices that not only improve public trust but also empower its employees.
