AOC Grant Program: Nevada Court Data Warehouse

The AOC Grant Program will be offering two funding streams for the 2026 fiscal year: Nevada Court Data Warehouse Trial Court Improvement.

The Nevada Court Data Warehouse funding stream provides up to $125,000 (individual application requests capped at $20,000) to support courts in securing technology necessary to operate the Nevada Court Data Warehouse. Nevada Court Data Warehouse Policies and Guidelines

This page sets forth the requirements for Nevada trial courts seeking grant funding of up to $20,000 through the Nevada Court Data Warehouse funding stream.  Grant funding should be used to acquire the programs and technology necessary to bridge the Nevada Court Data Warehouse to their existing case management system.

In order to qualify for funding, applicants must commit to using the Nevada Court Data Warehouse system by signing the AOC data sharing agreement.

Courts can submit their funding request between July 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and funding will be provided as applications are approved and while funding is available.

Upon the projects completion, the final reports and receipts should be submitted to the AOC Grants Program in accordance with the Grant Agreement terms by the close of the fiscal year in which funding was distributed, June 30, 2026.

  3. Complete  required documents (Refer to pages  3-5 of the AOC Grant Program – Nevada Courts Data Warehouse Policies and Guidelines for additional details). 
    1. AOC Grant Program Application Cover Sheet
    2. Letter of request (letter should include the items below).
      1. Title and description of project
      2. Name and address of court
      3. Name and contact information for primary point of contact
      4. The estimated time schedule of proposed project
      5. Authorizing signature (Chief Judge, Court Administrator, or judges)
    3. Budget
      1. AOC Grant Program Application Budget Worksheet
  4. Project schedule (should outline the following items)
    1. Phases and timeline
    2. Roles and responsibilities
  5. Completed AOC Grant Program Grant Assurances Form
