Eservices Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Nevada Courts E-Services portal and any related pages that support that system.
By using the E-Services system or completing an online payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Payments
Traffic citations that do not require your appearance in court may be paid in full on or before your scheduled court date. The Court assumes that you are waiving your right to a hearing before a judge and admitting guilt if you choose to pay in full on or before your scheduled court date. Do not use this system to make a payment if you deny committing the offense(s) you were cited for, wish to explain the circumstances mitigating the offense(s), or wish to plead nolo contendre. Payments cannot be made online if your appearance in court is mandatory or if your citation has not been entered in the system. Please contact the Court if you are unsure whether you are required to appear in court. The Court is listed on traffic citations. If you would like to make a payment before your citation is entered into the system, you may pay by mail or pay in person at the court listed on your citation. The amount payable online through this system may not represent the total amount you owe the Court. For example, you may owe money to the Court for charges that are not payable online, for charges on a different case or citation, or for charges in a different jurisdiction. If you opt to make an online payment through this site a non-refundable convenience fee will be applied to cover the cost of this service. You will also be responsible for any fees incurred by the court due to unauthorized use of a credit card for an online payment through this site. The total payment amount will be calculated and displayed prior to the completion of your transaction. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment. You may make a payment as a guest using a major credit card or with your PayPal account. You will have an option to print a receipt as soon as PayPal confirms the payment was successful and you will receive an email receipt. Please print and retain receipts for your records. Payments may not be reflected on your court account immediately. You are responsible for ensuring payments are made and confirmed in sufficient time to meet required court deadlines. Refund policies for overpayment vary by court. All refunds will be issued through a check from the Court. Please contact the Court for details. If a payment dispute arises, please contact the Court.
