Nevada Appellate Courts
NOTICE: On Thursday 1/23/2025 the Supreme Court will be performing server maintenance. Access to web applications such as case look up (CTrack Public Portal), EFiling may not function until maintenance is complete. The maintenance is scheduled for 6pm to 11pm.
The Supreme Court of Nevada has amended the Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure. The amendments are effective prospectively on August 15, 2024, as to all pending cases and cases initiated after that date.
