After the public hearing on September 22 and receiving additional comments in ADKT 0567, In the Matter of Residential Summary Eviction Actions and Notices During COVID-19, the Supreme Court has filed an order adopting temporary residential summary eviction mediation rules. The rules become effective October 15, 2020.
