On June 10, 2021, Chief Justice Hardesty signed AO-0020 into order regarding access to the appellate court facilities during the Coronavirus pandemic. Effective June 1, all orders regarding to the Coronavirus pandemic are rescinded, including restrictions on oral arguments. Members of the public entering the Carson City and Las Vegas courthouses must observe social distancing of three feet and hygiene protocols and wear a mask that covers his or her nose and mouth in common areas of the courthouse.
