This is an appeal from a district court order granting respondents’ motions to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Appellant was injured when a battery manufactured by respondents exploded in his pocket. Appellant argues on appeal that the district court erred in dismissing his lawsuit because he showed that his injuries were related to the respondents’ contacts with Nevada, sufficient to establish personal jurisdiction.
