Appellant Green Leaf Farms Holdings, LLC leased premises from respondent Belmont NLV, LLC.  Green Leaf’s obligations under the lease were secured via three separate security agreements.  After Green Leaf defaulted, Belmont retook the premises and seized the collateral identified in the various security agreements.  This court previously affirmed the district court’s decision deeming that action lawful.  Green Leaf now contends that respondents, including Belmont, destroyed its personal property in retaking the premises and seizing the collateral and violated their obligations as secured parties by failing to hold an auction to sell the collateral.  The district court granted summary judgment for respondents and awarded attorney fees.
