This is an appeal from a district court order modifying custody of a minor child and denying a request for relocation. Appellant argues that the district court abused its discretion and violated her right to due process by setting aside respondent’s NRCP 36 admissions after the two-day evidentiary hearing concluded. Alternatively, appellant argues that the district court abused its discretion by failing to give adequate weight to her child’s significant medical issues when analyzing the NRS 125C.0035(4) best-interest factors.
