  • The presenters will discuss the importance of civility in court and the role of the judge in promoting it. As incivility can erode trust in the justice system, effective communication, self-awareness, and self-care are essential in Nevada’s courtroom environment. This session will explore the brain science behind behaviors and provide an overview of the State Bar of Nevada’s Creed of Professionalism and Civility.
