September 7, 2026 Weekly Update: C-Track Vendor Security Incident

There is no new information to share this week regarding the data security incident involving West Publishing Corporation, the vendor of the C-Track case management system used by Nevada’s appellate courts.

The Nevada Administrative Office of the Courts continues to work closely with the vendor and its cybersecurity partners to understand what occurred. Review of the data that may have been accessed remains ongoing.

We recognize that questions remain about the incident and its potential impact. If the review determines that specific individuals’ information was affected, notifications will be issued by the vendor and/or Nevada’s appellate courts as appropriate.
