ADKT 0568: In re: Matter of Designation of a Critical Labor Shortage within the Marshal Office of the Nevada Supreme Court

In accordance with the provisions of NRS 286.523(4)(b), the Nevada Supreme Court will conduct a public hearing to consider whether a critical labor shortage exists within the Marshal’s Office of the Nevada Supreme Court.  The hearing will be conducted on November 7, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. An order filed on October 4, 2024, explains how to participate in the hearing and how to submit written comments regarding the amendment.
