Room Reservations

Room Reservations Deadline – April 11, 2022

Please make room reservations by logging on to Harrah’s reservation website here and refer to the group code S05NJL2. You will not receive the group rate without the group code.

Phone Reservation Fees: Participants are encouraged to make their room reservations through the website to avoid incurring a $15.00 phone-in reservation fee. This fee is not reimbursable by the AOC. Please contact Judicial Education if you need assistance with reservations.

Early Check-In Fees: Please note that early check-in fees (before 4:00 pm) carry a sliding scale charge that is not reimbursable by the AOC.

Please make your room reservations as soon as possible, but no later than Monday, April 11, 2022. If reservations are not made by the reservation deadline, you will be responsible for any additional charges that may incur. The group rate is $96.00 plus 13% room tax plus $5 county tax, totaling $113.48 per night. There is an optional resort fee of $20.00 per night which is also reimbursable. The group rate has been extended to three days prior and three days following the Summit; however, per diem and hotel charges will only be reimbursed for the days and nights of Summit attendance (Tuesday - Friday afternoon). If you elect to stay elsewhere, the GSA reimbursement rate will apply. In order to receive reimbursement, please submit the original hotel receipt with your Claim for Travel Expense Form to the Accounting Unit.

Resort Fees: Resort fees are optional upon check-in and are reimbursable. If you do not intend to use in-room internet or the fitness facilities, then you are encouraged to forego the resort fee.

Please be informed that Harrah’s Lake Tahoe requires a deposit with a credit or debit card for the first night plus tax. Note: There is a $50 per day hold for incidentals should you elect to use a debit card or cash upon check-in. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. If you do not comply with the hotel’s 72-hour cancellation policy, your first night’s deposit will  be forfeited. The cancellation penalty is not reimbursable by the AOC.
