Meeting Room Information

Location: The educational sessions will be held on the 2nd floor convention center in Tahoe D and Sand Harbor II & III meeting rooms. If staying onsite at Harrah’s, the elevators will take you directly from your sleeping room floor to the convention center level with no need to walk through the casino.

Internet Service: Sleeping Rooms Wireless internet is available with the paid resort fee. Select Harrah's in your settings, input your room number and last name. Meeting Rooms Upgraded Wireless internet service is available by selecting Harrah's in you settings, select Access Code, input access code 11DKB. Thank you to Global Justice Solutions, LLC for generously providing an upgraded WiFi for the meeting rooms. NOTE: If you access the sleeping room Wifi the upgrade WiFi access code will not work for 24 hours. The upgraded WiFi access code only works in the meeting rooms and not in your sleeping rooms.

Attire: Attire for the conference is business casual. Please dress in layers to ensure your comfort as the temperature of the meeting rooms are variable.
