Teresa Chalmers currently serves as the Chief Administrative Analyst for the Public Employees’ Retirement System of Nevada.

Teresa is a seasoned executive and strategic leader with over 20 years of comprehensive management experience, specializing in financial services, pension administration, public relations and presentations, recruitment and personnel, banking operations, real estate (once a licensed Realtor in Nevada), real estate law, teaching, succession planning, and conflict resolution.  Combining a robust educational background with practical leadership, Teresa has spent more than 11 years optimizing pension fund operations and over 6 years driving growth and compliance in the banking sector.

With a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business (emphasis in management and leadership), Teresa excels at aligning operational efficiency with high-level business strategy. Her career is defined by transforming operational processes, cultivating high-performing teams, delivering superior customer service, and sustainable results. Teresa is passionate about navigating complex regulatory environments to secure financial wellness for stakeholders.
