Judge Mangiaracina
Judge Mangiaracina took the bench as the Justice of the Peace in Incline Village on January 6, 2025. Before taking the bench, Judge Mangiaracina dedicated her legal practice to helping her community, working as the Directing Attorney of the Senior Law Project for Washoe County, a Senior Attorney for Nevada Legal Services, and a Child Advocate Attorney for Washoe Legal Services.
Shifting her focus to policy and training, Judge Mangiaracina spent five years at the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, working in its Resource Center on Domestic Violence: Child Protection and Custody. She then spent eight years working as a mediator, during which time she mediated cases for the Nevada Supreme Court's Settlement Judge Program, Nevada's Juvenile Dependency Mediation Program, and the Second Judicial Court.
In addition to these roles, Judge Mangiaracina has had the privilege of sharing her expertise and passion by training other legal professionals. She co-founded the Mediator Training Center and has served as faculty for the American Bar Association, the Center for Court Innovation, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Nevada Supreme Court, the Nevada Administrative Office of the Courts, the Arkansas Administrative Office of the Courts, and Washington’s Administrative Office of the Courts, among others.
