Speaker Biography The Honorable Ryan W. Toone

Mesquite Municipal Court

Judge Ryan Toone serves as the Mesquite Municipal Court Judge and Justice of the Peace.  He received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Utah State University, a law degree at the University of Minnesota, and a master’s degree in judicial studies at the University of Nevada, Reno / National Judicial College.

He currently serves on several state and county judicial committees.  He enjoys participating in the Nevada Judges of Limited Jurisdiction and has served in several capacities in the association. Ryan and his wife Kena have five children and a rescue dog named Huck.
