Second Judicial District Court- Family Division

Judge Dixie Grossman came to Reno in 2001 after graduating from the University of Montana School of Law. After serving as a law clerk in the Second Judicial District Court, Judge Grossman transitioned to private practice where she spent eight years committed to the practice of family law first with the law offices of Fahrendorf, Viloria, Oliphant & Oster LLP and later with the law offices of Silverman, Decaria & Kattelman Chtd.

In June 2013, Judge Grossman was appointed as a Court Master in the Second Judicial District Court, Family Division, a position she held for approximately five years until her appointment to the Family Division of the Second Judicial District Court, Department 2, on March 20, 2018.
