Judge Cedric A Kerns

Judge Cedric A. Kerns (ret.) was elected to the Las Vegas Municipal Court, Department 5 in June of 1997; he retired April of 2024. He served as a Board Member of the Nevada Judges of Limited Jurisdiction as well as the President for the year 2005. In 2006, he was chosen as Outstanding Judge of the Year.   He has presented at numerous State Judicial Conferences, National Conferences, and has presented at the National Judicial College. Currently, he is a partner at the law firm Watkins, Letofsky, & Kerns, LLP.
