Speaker Biography Daniel Hooge

Mr. Daniel Hooge serves as the Chief Bar Council for the State Bar of Nevada since September 2018. Daniel Hooge previously served as Deputy District Attorney for Lincoln County, Nevada. In this role, he prosecuted criminal misdemeanor and felony cases, represented various County Officials and Boards, and handled the defense of civil legal matters for the County. Mr. Hooge then became the District Attorney for Lincoln County in January 2011, holding the office until joining the State Bar of Nevada.

Mr. Hooge completed his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. He then received his J.D. degree at BYU Law School in 2007.
