ADKT 0464: In the Matter of Amendments to SCR 214, SCR 98 and SCR 121.1 (Transitioning into Practice)

On September 17, 2025, the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Nevada filed a petition to amend Supreme Court Rules (SCR) 93 and 214 relating to the Transitioning into Practice (TIP) Program.  The hearing will be conducted on October 9, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.  An order filed on September 22, 2025, explains how to participate in the hearing.
