The State Bar of Nevada Annual Family Law Conference

The State Bar of Nevada Annual Family Law Conference immediately follows the Nevada Family Jurisdiction Judges 2020 Conference. The full schedule and information about that Conference may be accessed here.

The AOC will reimburse the registration fee for judges attending the State Bar Family Law Conference. However, the AOC is unable to reimburse masters for expenses related to the State Bar Family Law Conference. Judges must register and pay for that conference separately and then seek reimbursement from the AOC at the conclusion of the event (original receipt required).

Judges wishing to attend both the Nevada Family Jurisdiction Judges 2020 Conference and the State Bar of Nevada Annual Family Law Conference need not submit a Judicial Education Expenditure Request and will be reimbursed for lodging, meals not provided during the Conference, and daily incidental expenses while in travel status.

Any judge not attending the Nevada Family Jurisdiction Judges 2020 Conference, but wishing to attend the State Bar Family Law Conference, must submit a  Judicial Education Expenditure Request (ER) for that conference. That ER will be submitted to the JCSN Education Committee to determine approval.

Masters will only be reimbursed for their expenses for travel to and from Bishop, California for the Nevada Family Jurisdiction Judges 2020 Conference, including lodging on Tuesday, March 10 and Wednesday, March 11, 2020 (if necessary).
