FMP Mediator Program Overview

The Nevada Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, is responsible for appointing foreclosure mediators to the Home Means Nevada Foreclosure Mediator Program detailed in SB490. This list will be used by Nevada’s District Courts to assign mediators to preside over future foreclosure mediations.

Individuals interested in serving as a foreclosure mediator, as detailed in SB490, and meet the mediator requirements as outlined in the proposed foreclosure mediation rules, should fill out an application and return a signed copy (scan acceptable) to

Each of Nevada’s District Courts will assign mediators as needed and will pay $400 per mediation.

Appointed mediators will be notified and must sign a Mediator Code of Conduct.
