Applicants for administrative records can make a formal request by filling out one of the following forms:
Pursuant to the order entered by the First Judicial District Court and affirmed by the Supreme Court in Civil Rights for Seniors v. AOC, 129 Nev. 752 (2013) the provisions of NRS Ch. 239, commonly referred to as the Public Records Act, do not apply to the Judicial Branch.
